  1. What a splendid run..11 years every Monday night. Close to 500 great films. Tell us your favorites. Two of mine are “8 1/2 and “Jules and Jim”. And also anything by Jacques Tati. My studio is back now to the business of making Art..altho Michelle and I do continue to watch films that we can stream. ..two that I can highly recommend are “Gunda” by the Russian director Viktor Kossakovsky. And “The Truffel Hunters” by Michael Dweck and Gregory Keyshaw.
I’m looking forward to Paolo Sorrentino’s “The hand of God”. Sorrentino being one of my favorite directors.
Due to Covid I’m keeping a low profile..but I do look forward to the light at the end. Love and Aloha Tom

  3. Tom Sewell here just wanting to send a compliment to both JJ and Dale for all the positive contributions they both made to Cinema Tiki. I am still so impressed that we saw over 400 films in our 11 years together. It has enriched my life so much, I still talk about it to this day. Thanks to everyone who made this so special.

  4. Glad to see the show is on again. What will it be on Monday?

  5. Aloha to all friends of Cinematiki Maui from Minneapolis/St Paul, where we are saving up hugs for any and all (if we ever get the go-ahead again!)

Missing your good company and snorkeling in the waves.

Please take good care of one another and,
    BE WELL…

  6. Is this really happening this Monday night, August 31? Really? Wow!!!!

  7. Hi, thanks for this. I am happy to do my part and stay quarantined if it can save just one life. Calling it a siege makes it sound like mal-intent on the part of the folks we voted into office. I hope you¹re staying safe too. S
